一 |     (ECNS) -- Starry Lee Wai-king, member of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and President of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) on Monday encouraged Hong Kong people and businesses operating on the Chinese mainland to leverage their strengths to facilitate Hong Kong's deeper integration into and service to China's overall development strategy.    Lee addressed a sharing session hosted by the Office of the Government of the HKSAR in Beijing and the Hong Kong China Chamber of Commerce, with about 200 business representatives attending.    She noted that the Legislative Council will act as a promoter and supervisor to help implement Hong Kong's upcoming first five-year development plan, and said Hong Kong can serve as a bridge for mainland tech-focused companies expanding into global markets through its international platforms.    Arsene Yiu Kai-cheuk, director of the HKSAR Government's Beijing Office, noted that with the start of the country's 15th Five-Year Plan (2026-2030), Hong Kong institutions will step up exchanges to help residents better seize national development opportunities.    (By Intern Lin Qiaochu, Zhang Dongfang)                    。    今年第18号台风“沙德尔”（热带风暴级；英文名称：Saudel；名字来源：密克罗尼西亚；名称意义：密克罗尼西亚波纳佩岛（Pohnpei）传说中的将领“苏迪罗”信任的卫兵）19日上午在西北太平洋洋面上生成，中心附近最大风力有8级（18米/秒）。
预计，“沙德尔”将以每小时15~20公里的速度向北偏西方向移动，强度逐渐增强，趋向琉球群岛以东洋面，未来5天对我国海域无影响。
